Mr. Naohiko Noguchi (88 years old) is so-called "The God of Sake" as a living legendary sake Master Brewer and came back to sake industry again in 2017 since his second retirement in 2015. In 2008, he got "Ohjuhoushou" (黄綬褒章), a Metal with Yellow Ribbon from Japan government for his distinguished achievement as a sake Master Brewer. Due to his truly high popularity, Noguchi's sake will be out of stock very quickly within a couple of weeks after being brewed and it is very difficult to get even within Japan. Nama-sake means fresh sake, without "Hiire" (火入れ) pasteurization, to preserve a freshness of sake which can be rarely available outside of Japan due to a difficulty of temperature and quality control. Also this sake is "Muroka" (無濾過) (unfiltered) which you can enjoy a truly original taste of sake's umami and freshness.
Alcohol degree is 18% which is a little higher than normal sake, but it is really awesome tasting to drink it on-the-rock like a whiskey because 18% sake will be diluted perfectly and keeping a sharp coldness with melted ice. Of course, you can enjoy its great Nama and Muroka taste without ice. Please enjoy this extremely rare opportunity to enjoy a masterpiece of "The God of Sake".
