"GINTEN" (吟天) is named after sake brewer's aspiration to be a top brand of Junmai Ginjo, i.e. GIN (吟) means a spread to a large number of people while TEN (天) means a top or heaven.
Hakuryu (白龍), a mild-sparkling sake made from only rice, koji, and water using the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as champagne.
A vintage that has been secretly sleeping in the brewery of Hachinohe Sake Brewery for five years. Although it is a gentle sparkling sake, it is characterized by a crisp, high-quality acidity due to the citric acid that is unique to white koji.
