"GINTEN" (吟天) is named after sake brewer's aspiration to be a top brand of Junmai Ginjo, i.e. GIN (吟) means a spread to a large number of people while TEN (天) means a top or heaven.
SUIRYU (水龍) Sparkling sake is fermented in the bottle for 3 years like champagne method , and has beautiful tone and bubble in the glass.
