Koshi Tanrei is the first Daiginjo under the brand of SASAIWAI. They decided to brew this sake using Koshitanrei (越淡麗) rice from a contracted farm in Nishi-Kanku, Niigata after observing gracefully beautiful ears of Koshitanrei rice in the rice field. It perfectly represents Niigata's sake with "Tanrei" (淡麗) (smooth and refreshing) and dry taste. Please enjoy its dry taste with light and fresh fragrance.
