This is the most acidic type in the Kamosumori series and a new type of sake with a sweet and sour taste.
It has a lovely sweet aroma of peach and lychee, and a light aftertaste with a strong berry acidity.
Pairing with marinated salmon or summer vegetable salad is recommended.
Chill it well before serving.
