This is a single-stage mashed, bag-pressed and unfiltered sake.
Along with the elegant ginjo aroma of the Akari yeast, a sweet, honey-like aroma spreads.
It has a gorgeous sweetness but the acidity and slight bitterness tighten the aftertaste and bring a clean and refreshing flavor together in the mouth.
Pairing with grilled chicken and cheese cake is recommended.
Chill well and enjoy it in a wine glass.
