Hakuro Daiginjo 35 Super Premium Sake ("Hakuro Daiginjo 35") is a flagship sake of Hakuro Shuzo. Hakuro Daiginjo 35 got 2018 Platinum Award from Sake Selection in Belgium and 2016/2017 Golden Award from the National Bureau's Research Institute of Brewing ("Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyoukai") (全国新酒鑑評会) in Japan. 35 represents rice milling rate of 35% which is much lower than 50% criteria to be qualified as Daiginjo, meaning that additional 15% of rice was further polished to achieve its precise taste aimed by Hakuro Shuzo. It has a medium body taste with a great aroma if we compare it to wine and can be enjoyed not only with Japanese foods but also with other fish and seafoods.
