"Amamizu" (天水) means a divine water in Japanese, literally "Heavenly Water". The label of amamizu is based on drawing of "Choju-Giga" (鳥獣戯画), one of Japanese ancient illustrated hand-scrolls depicting freckling animals and humans. The drawing shown on the label is called "Kappa" (河童) which represents the god of water in Japan because it can live only in pure water. amamizu Gold Label is a gold standard of Nakagawa Shuzo and can be paired well with fresh fish, oyster, other seafoods, sashimi and sushi with very clear and dry taste.
