Koshino Hakugan is named after Nakagawa Shuzo's location of Nishi Yama Alps where White Gooses (白雁/Hakugan) fly over.
Koshino Hakugan is very dry and crisp. Although, the taste is strong, one does not tire of it. This refreshing sake is perfect as a daily evening treat.
